Mount Mary Church

Mount Mary Church is located on a beautiful hill on the outskirts of Mumbai. It is one of the most well known churches in Mumbai. It was constructed by the Portuguese in 1640 and was later reconstructed in 1761. It is believed that Mount Mary Church was destroyed in 1738, during a Maratha raid.
