Darchula is a place with lots of scenic beauty. Bounded by the Kumaon Region's mountains and high peaks and glaciers of Panchchuli range on the west, this town lies on the way to a very famous pilgrimage of India namely Kailash Mansarover. Situated on the banks of River Kali on Indo-Nepal border, Darchula follows same traditions, customs and lifestyle just like its counterpart in Nepal. Blessed with large variety of flora and fauna, from Oak, Pine, Apple and Deodar trees to animals such as dears, fox, leopard and bear, this area can also be spotted with plenty of dry fruits. A peaceful place adorned with very few attractions, Darchula is a good place to go only if you are looking for solitude or get away from tourists or city life.
Day 1: Kathgodam - Dharchula
Pick-up from Kathgodam Railway Station, drive to Dharchula. check in at hotel & relax, evening free for individual activities. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 02: Dharchula Local Sightseeing
Have your breakfast at the hotel. visit to Dharchula Local Sightseens, Situated on the banks of River Kali on Indo-Nepal border, Chirkila Dam, Evening free for individual activates. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 03: Dharchula - Kathgodam
After early breakfast, drive back to Kathgodam. On arrive Kathgodam, transfer to Railway Station.
