Laiyang

Laiyang is a city in ShanDong located in the middle of Shandong Peninsula. It is bordered with Haiyang on the east, Laixi on the west, Qixia and Zhaoyuan on the north and Jimo on the south.

Laiyang Chi Pear, which is generally called liayang pear, is one of the traditional rare species of Shandong pears. Laiyang Pear Flowers are common. Due to the large number of pear trees, Laiyang city is refered to as the "City of pears".
