01)The booking will be accepted on full advance payment by cash/bank draft in favors of Uttarakhand Holidays
02)The cancellation rules are as follows:-
         A) 20 or more days before arrival 60%
         B) 11or more days before arrival 75%
         C) 8 to 10 days before arrival 90%
          D) 4 to 7 days before arrival /no show no refund
03)Refund will be made after producing original cash receipt and cancellation charges will be applicable on the full amount of the total reservation for example if tourist pays 50% amount in advance and cancels his reservation then cancellation charge will be calculated on the full reservation.
04)No refund will be made in the eventuality of the reservation being cancelled / re-scheduled due to natural calamities .unforeseen circumstances etc.

• Cancellation of booking done more than 15 days prior to date of check-in, 90 % amount would be refunded to the customer.
• Cancellation of booking done more than 7 days and less than 15 days prior to date of check-in, 50 % amount would be refunded to the customer.
• Cancellation of booking done in less than or equal to 7 days prior to check-in date; no refund would be given to the customer.

• Any cancellation or change in dates will not be acceptedfor booking made under any type of promotion
