Ranikhet is the regimantal centre of the Kumaon Regiment and gives you an oppurtunuty to see the new recruits being drill to make them the great soliders that theregiment is famous for.The regiment also has a weaving centre and crafts for helping the widows of the soldier where very good quality tweed and shawls are available.
