One day three very close friends were driving to Goa, admiring the scenic beauty on the way and they came upon an idea to diversify from their line of business and start a hotel in Malvan. One of the them was a building contractor,the other was a owner of an advertising agency & the third was an Operations Head. They wanted to start a hotel which gives homely service and makes the guests feel at home. Konark Residency was born with ambience of comfort and luxury which makes the guests feel on top of the world.
