Pathardi is a city and a municipal council in Ahmadnagar district in the state of Maharashtra, India. It belongs to Khandesh and Northern Maharashtra region. It belongs to Nashik Division. It is located 54 KM towards East from District head quarters Ahmednagar. It is a Taluka head quarter.

Mohata Devi temple 10 km from Pathardi City is one of the largest temples of Goddess . Chaitanya Kanifnath temple in Madhi which is about 12 km from Pathardi.
