Waraseoni is a town and a Nagar Palika Parishad in Balaghat district in Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. is situated at a Distance of 16 km from the District Headquarters. It belongs to Jabalpur Division. It is located 21 KM towards west from District head quarters Balaghat. 372 KM from State capital Bhopal towards west.
