Iswarya Residency is a charming hotel which offers great value for money. Charm and serenity characterise this hotel with its sacred residential neighbourhood. It is in the lively city centre near one of the most famous shrines in South India, Thirunakkara Mahadevar Temple. From the quality of its facilities to the excellence of services , everything possible is done to ensure the well being of our guests.The hotel offers 34 large bedrooms including 6 suite rooms, 18 A/c deluxe rooms and 10 non A/c rooms. Banquet facilities are available for up to 150 pax at the second floor and the same capacity on the roof garden at seventh floor.
