The Evergreen Estate Bungalow is at Koottickal, at the midland slopes of Mundakayam valley the gateway to the high ranges of Kerala, Located midst of medim holding of rubber plantation and calm surroundings the bungalow enjoy an Art Deco style popular in the 1940-60 period in South India The two rooms offered to guests are aesthetically furnished and appointed with modern facilities. Food served from the routine 'Kitchens of Kerala and North Indian'. The menu is set between the guest and the host with controlled use of spices, with homegrown and organic fruits, vegetables and spices finding a place in the cuisines.
