Dharampur is a hill town nestled on National Highway No.8, with Sunrise Cottage – a nice Hotel near Kasauli – situated at it’s edge, right on the main highway, without the accompanying noise.Just drive in; it is not even off the road, and there is plenty of parking.Why does anyone need to stay in Dharampur, especially at Sunrise Cottage? Well, because of it’s location, location and location, not to mention the tastefully decorated, scenic rooms looking straight out onto the tree tops of fragrant pine forests right above the serpentine track of the famous hill train which winds through the Shimla Hills all the way from Kalka to Shimla.
