Day 1 - Bangalore
On arrival at Bangalore airport /railway station, meet our representative and take a transfer to the hotel. Check into the hotel. In the afternoon, proceed on a half day sightseeing tour of Bangalore city. Enjoy the evening at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel in Bangalore. Bangalore, now officially known as Bengaluru, has something for everyone. Except, perhaps, the beach-lover. Revel in Garden City’s numerous parks and lung spaces (the city boasts streets named Primrose Road, Margosa Road, Rose Garden etc for a reason!). Be a part of its contagious pub culture. And if fascinated by history, lose yourself in its palaces, forts, temples, old buildings and streets. Though Bangaloreans themselves bemoan the loss of green cover and tranquility and complain about the traffic snarls, saying IT City has killed Pensioner’s Paradise, the city is still a pleasant surprise for visitors from other metros. The weather’s lovely for most of the year and the city still jealously guards its green spaces.
Day 2 - Bangalore To Mysore (140 km)
After breakfast proceed to Mysore on the way visit Srirangapatna which was the capital of King Hyder Ali and his son Tippu Sultan. By noon at Mysore and check in to the hotel. Afternoon visit Mysore Palace, one of the major attractions of Mysore. Then to Mysore Zoo were you can see some of the rare species of wildlife. Evening proceed to world famous Brindavan Gardens expanded over 150 acres. The musical fountain and light show adds attraction to the gardens. Return back to the hotel and overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 3 - Mysore To Wayanad
Morning after breakfast, proceed to Wayanad. On arrival check in at a resort. Afternoon free to relax at the poolside or go for nature walk. overnight stay in resort.
Day 4 - Wayanad
Morning after breakfast proceed for Lakkidi- the gateway to Wayanad, situated 700m above sea level at the crest of the Thamarasseri Ghat pass. Lofty peaks, gurgling streams and luxuriant forests add magic to the journey up the winding roads to this hill station. Visit Pookat lake- this perennial fresh water lake, nestled among wooded hills, is the only one of its kind in Kerala. Boating facilities, children’s park, handicrafts and spices emporium and fresh water aquarium are among the tourist facilities available here. Visit Ambalavayal heritage museum (near Ambukuthi hill) which houses artifacts and belongings of the various tribes, reputed to be one of the best heritage museums in Kerala. Return to resort.
Day 5 - Wayanad To Calicut
After breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to Calicut (Kozikode) Airport / railway station.
