KBC Green Park Hotel is a bright and spacious hotel that combines comfort and style with a touch of luxury. The building itself is a landmark in Payyanur. Green Park is a traditional Kerala style four star hotel made on sloping roofs, granite and rosewood-teakwood work combinations that combines excellent facilities for conferences, meetings and events with a very accessible location. On arrival, at the hotel guests will find ample car parking adjacent to the main entrance. Reception is large and open-plan with a distinctively cool. This area also includes a casual seating section, which is usually busy for morning coffee, afternoon tea and informal business or personal get together. From reception there is direct access to Pazhassi restaurant. Just in front of reception, guests can reach their accommodation, 22 bedrooms which range from Deluxe rooms to Suite rooms, first floor banquet hall second floor board room by lift or by stairs.
