Winters (October-March) is the best time to visit Jaipur and other parts of Rajasthan. January is a good time to visit Jaipur because of the Kite Festival and also the Jaipur Literature Festival is held around this time. Jaipur also witnesses Elephant Festival, just a day before Holi, sometime in March. There are tonnes of other good festival in Jaipur as well, like Gangaur Festival in March, Teej in August, Diwali in November, Ganesh Chaturthi in September, etc.
