HOTEL IK LONDON RESIDENCY a unit of East & West Guest and Allied Services Pvt Ltd is a venture promoted under the dynamic leadership of Lord Iqbal Ali Khan an NRI originally from the city of Hyderabad Deccan has various business interests and started with Real Estate Company in the year 1975 at London & ventured into service industry with Crystal Hall in London in the year 1985.

After foreseeing the impact of globalization & tourism industry which has made the world a small place today. The group commissioned Hotel IK London Residency at Hyderabad Deccan in 2003 which is a replica of the Kensington palace of London. The hotel has inaugurated during the Afro-Asian games in Hyderabad, with over two decades of experience and upright image in hospitality industry, the hotel catered to the requirement of the international sports fraternity in a most successful manner and earned accolade from all associated with the Afro-Asian Games.
