Huaihua is a prefecture-level city in the south western Hunan, China. bordered by Xiangxi to the northern west; Zhangjiajie, Changde to the north; Yiyang, Loudi and Shaoyang to the east; Guilin and Liuzhou of Guangxi to the south; Qiandongnan, Tongren of Guizhou to the southern west. Huaihua is very mountainous, it is located between Wuyi and Xuefeng mountain ranges, Yuan river runs from the south to the north. It was in the late Spring and Autumn Period (770-476) that the Chu State expanded its domain southward to Hunan and administrative organizations began to be formally established in this area. During the Warring State period (476-221), Qianzhong Shire was set up here, and the territory of present Huaihua City is essentially the same as in that period.
Furong Tower is a classical garden architectural group located in the northwest of Qiancheng, an age-old and rustic town of Hongjiang City.
