Ratia is a city and a municipal committee in Fatehabad district in the Indian state of Haryana. Ratia is located on the bank of the Ghaggar River about 23 km north of Fatehabad. It has an average elevation of 210 metres. The town is believed to have been founded by a Saint Rattan Nath, who had meditated here for years after whom the town has been named.
Ratia is famous for its designer Gold and Silver jewellery that are traded across the country. The town does not have any major tourist attractions except for a few local temples in the city premises. The Guru Nanak Academy located here is a popular educational institute of Haryana state.
