Shiv Vishram Grah was initially known for a spiritual and holy "Muth", which was a place for saints to worship and find the way to almighty and hence, has been a land for saints. Mahant Shiv Dayal Giri ji was the person who ignited the lamp of Shiv Vishram Grah. Followed by him, Mahant Som Giri ji enlighten the gleam of the lamp by successfully running it and allowed touching new heights. Today, with the great blessings of above two, Mahant Anil Giri is running it with the aim of its existence that is helping people to have a comfortable stay and fulfill their endeavour of visiting Hardwar.
