Limbdi is a city and a municipality in Surendranagar district in the Indian state of Gujarat. With the construction of a majestic BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Temple in May 2010, Limbdi has become one of the most popular pilgrimage centers of Vaishnavaits world over. The area formed a part of the 9-gun salute state during the British Raj, when it was governed by members of a Jhala dynasty.
Limbdi is one of the key tourist attractions in the town of Limbdi in Gujarat, and a part of Shri Shantinah Bhadwan Jaoin Temple complex. The tower is a beautiful example of local architecture, most likely built in the late middle ages. The building is crowned with a beautiful clock tower, and surrounded by a beautiful garden which is blossoming in spring making the tourist spot look simply great.
