The resort/hotel is located in Dhikuli at Jim Corbett National Park – the largest Tiger reserve in Nanital district of Uttrakhand. The Corbett National Park is famous for variety of rare flora, wild animals, reptiles and bird species. Besides Elephants, other critically endangered species including the Bengal Tiger, the Gharial, Asiatic Black Bear, Hog Deer, Walking Deer, Sambar and many more are the habitats of the national park.
