Rajam is a town in Srikakulam district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is a nagar panchayat and the headquarters of Rajam mandal. It belongs to Andhra region. It is located 35 KM towards west from District head quarters Srikakulam.
The town has several academic institutions ranging from kindergarten to post-graduate studies. jute mills and steel manufacturing units are situated at Rajam. Regarding the religious places, a Nava Durga Temple which has nine shrines (nine incarnations of Goddess Durga) manifested, is the second of its kind in the entire south India.
