This residency exactly located the heart point of Kerala Unique and Serine backwaters, away from the harsh and rush traffic and pollution. The prime advantage of this property is its location, which is hardly 150 ft. walking distance from the joining of Punnamada Lake and Vembanadu Lake which is the biggest brackish water lake in south India. All Houseboats are operating from this place. The famous Alleppey beach is only 3 km away from Lloyd’s residency. The famous Kumarakom tourist village and the famous Rubber plantation town Kottayam each 2 ½ hrs boat ride from Lloyd’s residency through Vembanadu Lake.
