Durtlangs Hills stands as one of the most favourite one. By offering prismatic views of Aizawl city, the point has attracted the attention of hundreds of travellers. While the city looks like a shiny golden plate from here during the morning, at night it appears like a starlit cascade that can rarely be experienced anywhere.

Dampa Sanctuary is the incredible variety of wildlife in the state of Mizoram is known all over the country. Rich flora and fauna can be experienced in the Dampa Sanctuary which is at the tip of the Mizo hills. Established in the year 1976, it is known to be inhabited by Elephants, Hoolock Gibbon, Leopards, Tigers etc. among other wildlife animals.

KV Paradise is the Modern Taj Mahal of Aizawl. It is a monument that speaks of a man's love for his wife who died in a car accident. When Khawlhring's wife Varte died in an accident in 2001, he decided to build a memorial for his wife near his house. The memorial is around 45 minutes drive from the main city and a few minutes away from Durtlang Hills. Incidentally, it also happens to be on a beautiful slope facing Aizawl city.

The Salvation Army Temple has bell chimes that are endearingly complex and can be heard throughout the city, especially on a quiet Sunday morning. Its hulking white Gothic-inspired exteriors are worth a photo. This place has wonderful bell chimes and these can be heard throughout the city on quiet mornings.

This Museum is located on the hill of Mac Donald and is a good place to visit and enjoy in Aizawl. The place is quiet and serene and the museum has interesting tales to tell. While in Aizawl, one should definitely visit the museum to discover the days of yore.
