• Valid photo ID proof with address compulsory required.
• Consumption of liquor is strictly prohibited.
• If two members of opposite gender are staying in one room then valid ID with same last name is required for both the ID’s.
• Rooms shall have to be guaranteed by deposit, correspondence or credit card.
• Complimentary stay for child under 12 years old sharing room with parents without the extra bed.
• All foreign nationals including non resident Indians shall require having valid passports.
• Visiting hours to the guest rooms are from 10 am to 6 am.  No visitors will be allowed to visit the rooms after the visiting hours for the safety of the guests.
• The hotel reserves the right to change or amend the Published and/or Corporate Rates by providing at least 14 days advance notice.
• The Special Corporate Offer is net.
• Room bookings received through a travel agent shall not be entitled to the corporate rate.
• To avail the special corporate rates, an acceptance letter from your end is essential.

Deposit & Payment Policy:

• All reservations will require a one night room deposit or credit card guarantee in order to confirm the booking. We accept all major international Credit Cards.

Cancellation Policy:

• Confirmed booking cancelled prior to 24 hours of the arrival date will not be liable to any cancellation fee.
• Confirmed booking cancelled within 24 hours will attract a cancellation fee equivalent to the room charge for each nights booked and confirmed.

 No-Show Policy:

• Should there be a No Show on the rooms booked and confirmed. Your company will be charged a retention fee equivalent to the Room Charges for each of the nights reserved and confirmed.

Taxation Policy:

• Tax is subject to change as per Government policies and regulations without prior notice.

RESERVATION PROCEDURES:

• All the reservation requests shall be directed to our Reservation Office at 079 26303339. The check-in and check-out time will be 10:00 AM.
• In case of any clarifications please do not hesitate to get in touch with the undersigned. Looking forward to a mutual beneficial relationship with your organization.

• Cancellation of booking done more than 15 days prior to date of check-in, 90 % amount would be refunded to the customer.
• Cancellation of booking done more than 7 days and less than 15 days prior to date of check-in, 50 % amount would be refunded to the customer.
• Cancellation of booking done in less than or equal to 7 days prior to check-in date; no refund would be given to the customer.

• Any cancellation or change in dates will not be acceptedfor booking made under any type of promotion
